Hi Siew Ling, thanks for your RJ. I hope that you now have a better understanding of self-expression and how it may affect our communication with others.In terms of your performance in class, you were rather subdued and passive this week, speaking up only during your turn to do so. You should try to get yourself more involved and engaged consistently throughout the lesson, something you had already done previously. You do have good ideas (as seen from your RJ), so you must try to express them. I hope it wasn't because you were not comfortable in your new team, because you seemed to be able to participate actively in the team discussions and your team mates had rated you quite well for your contributions. I'm not sure what was holding you back this week, but if there's anything you are unclear of, or anything that I can help you with, please let me know. Hope to see you do better again.
