Waking up

Every morning, I always have difficulty getting myself out of my cozy bed. I have tried lots of different methods, like placing a lot alarm clock at different corner of my room, turn to bed early, sleeping on the floor instead of bed. But none of it seems to work for me.

It's not about Self-Discipline but I bet every morning, I just have the "I'm still afford to sleep another minute, just another minute". And then the next moment I open my eyes, *TATA~, 1 hours passed, good game!


Woke up late, skipping breakfast and lunch caused the deterioration of my health too. I don't wish to experience the fainting process anymore. Seriously, I hate this dumb pattern of my lifestyle.

So I have decided to make waking up on time a daily habit. Till eventually it will be uncomfortable not to get up when my alarm goes off.
